The opening follows the brand’s recent debut at Dubai Design Week, where it showcased its emphasis on precision engineering and design-led production.
Located at The S on Sheikh Zayed Road, The Gallery is conceived as an experience design environment rather than a traditional showroom. Designed primarily for architects, interior designers, developers, and project partners, the space aims to serve as a collaborative hub where concepts can be shaped from the earliest stages of a project.
A B2B Space Built for Co-Creation
Unlike conventional retail-focused furniture showrooms in the UAE, The Gallery adopts a B2B-first approach. The space features illuminated mock-up boxes, modular installations, and purpose-built settings that replicate real-world project conditions. Visitors can explore material libraries, test configurations, and work directly with Sobha’s design and technical teams.
Each area is designed to facilitate conversation and collaboration, with dedicated zones for concept development, technical discussions, and material exploration.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, PNC Menon, Founder of Sobha Group, reflected on the brand’s origins in crafting bespoke interior environments. “My journey began with complete interior environments, where furniture was always central to the story,” he said. “The Gallery represents a space where heritage and innovation coexist, and where our meticulous approach is shaped for the world.”
The environment showcases complete interior settings rather than standalone pieces, highlighting Sobha Furniture’s focus on proportion, material richness, and precision detailing.
A Platform for Project Realisation
According to Anuj Jain, CEO of Sobha Furniture, The Gallery is envisioned as a starting point for large-scale, design-led projects. “This is not a showroom; this is where projects begin,” Jain said. “The Gallery is a collaborative playground where partners can sit with our teams, explore possibilities, and transform concepts into executed realities.”
The facility underscores Sobha Furniture’s capability to support projects through concept development, prototyping, technical detailing, and final delivery.
Manufacturing Expansion and Future Plans
Sobha Furniture continues to expand its manufacturing ecosystem, blending European engineering standards with Industry 4.0 automation. The brand has already supplied furniture across 20 Sobha Realty developments and is currently delivering 17 major projects regionwide.
A 53,000 sqm flagship factory is set to open at Dubai Industrial City, further increasing the brand’s total manufacturing footprint to 73,000 sqm. The new facility will be one of the largest in the region, integrating the full spectrum of production processes under one roof to support scalability and faster project timelines.
With rising interest from developers, hospitality groups, and government entities, the company plans to broaden its portfolio and strengthen its regional presence.
