Dubai, UAE – Dubai has taken a major step towards redefining the future of hospitality after His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council, approved the rollout of the Dubai Digital Hotel initiative.

The pioneering programme aims to transform the guest experience across the emirate by introducing smarter, more efficient, and guest-centric digital solutions, reinforcing Dubai’s position as a global leader in innovation and tourism excellence.

Address Downtown, one of the city’s flagship luxury hotels, is among the first properties to implement the initiative with the launch of its new Digital Check-In Experience. The system allows guests to complete pre-arrival verification remotely, enabling the hotel to personalise each stay and ensure a smooth and efficient arrival process.

Upon arrival, guests benefit from a seamless transition from travel to comfort, aligning with the brand’s focus on refined service and understated luxury. The digital solution is designed to enhance operational efficiency while preserving the warmth and authenticity of traditional hospitality.

The milestone supports Dubai’s broader ambition to set new benchmarks in digital excellence across key sectors, including tourism and hospitality. Address Hotels + Resorts said the initiative reflects its commitment to adopting technology that complements, rather than replaces, personalised service.

With Digital Check-In now live at Address Downtown, the hotel continues to strengthen its position as a leader in luxury hospitality, offering guests an experience where innovation and comfort work in perfect harmony.
