News DeskDubai, UAE – Pure Bliss Development, the real estate arm of the prominent retail conglomerate Lals Group, has officially announced the topping out of Bliss Tower, its premier residential project located in the Dubai Land Residence Complex (DLRC).
The milestone, which signifies the completion of the building’s primary structural framework, was celebrated at a ceremony attended by Lal Ganwani, Chairman of Lals Group, and Jayant Ganwani, Vice Chairman. The achievement marks a rapid progression for the project, reaching this stage just 14 months after breaking ground.
Rooted in Japanese minimalism, Bliss Tower is positioned as a sanctuary of “clarity and comfort.” The development is strategically aligned with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, situated within a community where over 60% of the land is dedicated to open green spaces.
The project features a mix of one-bedroom, premium two-bedroom, and 2.5-bedroom residences. With entry prices starting at AED 1.1 million and a flexible 20:80 payment plan, the tower has seen aggressive take-up from both investors and end-users.
“Bliss Tower truly meets the evolving needs of residents and investors, with timely supply meeting clear demand,” said Jayant Ganwani. He highlighted the project’s connectivity to key hubs including Downtown Dubai, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and Academic City.
The development is being executed in collaboration with GRID, acting as the Development Lifecycle Management Partner. This partnership has been credited with the project’s swift execution and commercial success.
Shreen Gupta, Founder and CEO of GRID, noted that the project’s success stems from a commitment to quality in a market where high-quality contracting remains a challenge. “Bliss Tower is a reflection of precise execution and a shared commitment to delivering excellence,” Gupta stated.
The financial performance of the tower has been equally notable. Maurya Krishna, Board Member and Partner at GRID, revealed that nearly 90% of the units have already been sold, with significant price appreciation recorded within just four months of the launch.
Beyond its structural design, Bliss Tower aims to offer a holistic living experience. Planned amenities include:
- An infinity lap pool and natural-light fitness studio.
- Dedicated yoga and meditation zones.
- Indoor and outdoor children’s play areas.
- A banquet hall and landscaped community lounges.
With the main structure complete, the project is now transitioning into interior finishing works. Bliss Tower is on track for its scheduled completion, promising to be a defining address in one of Dubai’s fastest-growing investment corridors.
