Dubai: Huawei has officially launched the HUAWEI FreeClip 2 in the UAE, the latest successor to its popular open-ear audio device, offering significant upgrades in comfort, sound quality and battery performance.
The new FreeClip 2 introduces a refined C-bridge design, crafted with skin-friendly liquid silicone and a distinctive metallic finish that blends matte and gloss textures. Available in Blue, White and Black, the earphones are now on sale through Huawei’s official online store and retail outlets across the UAE.
Designed for all-day wear, the FreeClip 2 is 9% lighter than its predecessor, enhancing long-term comfort. The redesigned charging case features an overlapping earbud arrangement, allowing Huawei to reduce the case size by 17% while simultaneously expanding battery capacity.
One of the most notable upgrades comes in audio performance. Despite its compact size, the FreeClip 2’s new dual diaphragm driver delivers deeper bass and improved sound clarity, with both volume and low-frequency output seeing a 100% improvement over the first-generation model. The earbuds also dynamically adjust volume in real time based on surrounding noise, ensuring consistent listening quality.
For calls, the FreeClip 2 is equipped with a three-microphone system supported by multi-channel DNN noise cancellation technology, which intelligently separates voice from background noise and enhances call clarity, even in busy environments.

Battery performance has also been significantly enhanced. The earbuds offer up to nine hours of continuous playback, extending to 38 hours with the charging case, making them suitable for full-day use without frequent recharging.
Built for active lifestyles, the FreeClip 2 carries an IP57 rating, providing resistance against sweat, water splashes and dust, and is easy to maintain.
With its blend of innovative design, powerful audio and practical durability, the HUAWEI FreeClip 2 strengthens Huawei’s position in the premium wearable audio market in the UAE.
