Dubai: Dubai-based FIX Dessert Chocolatier has launched two new dessert bars — ‘Honey I’m Comb’ and ‘Jam or Go Nuts’ — bringing childhood-inspired flavours into a futuristic setting at the Museum of the Future.
The limited-edition creations debuted on January 2 at FIX’s latest pop-up, hosted in collaboration with Careem, and will run until January 11. The immersive experience features interactive installations including a robotic dog, futuristic photo booths and a laser heist challenge offering visitors a chance to win exclusive merchandise.
Drawing on nostalgic flavours, ‘Jam or Go Nuts’ reimagines the classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich with warm, crunchy peanut butter, a jam-filled centre and FIX’s signature blondie chocolate coating. Meanwhile, ‘Honey I’m Comb’ blends silky mousse with a caramelised honeycomb crunch for a refined yet indulgent bite.
“Every one of our dessert bars draws from a memory,” said Sarah Hamouda, co-founder of FIX Dessert Chocolatier. “This time around, we were inspired by childhood favourites. We’re all about layering textures and flavours, so why choose just one? Partnering with the Museum of the Future was the perfect way to showcase these new innovations.”
Careem, FIX’s exclusive delivery partner, will begin offering the new bars from January 12 through its app, with availability in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Each bar is priced at Dh68.25, with daily drops at 2pm and 5pm.
“Supporting home-grown success stories is at the heart of Careem’s mission,” said Bassel Alnahlaoui, Careem’s Chief Business Officer. “These nostalgic new flavours celebrate our shared success. Given the massive demand for FIX creations, we recommend customers have their apps open early.”
Known as the creator of ‘The Original Dubai Chocolate’, FIX Dessert Chocolatier has gained cult status among chocolate lovers both locally and internationally. The new bars continue the brand’s reputation for inventive flavours and experiential launches that merge food, design and entertainment.
