The works are being executed under the supervision of Global Dewatering and Piling LLC, a leading specialist contractor providing geo-technical services in piling, shoring, dewatering, and excavation. At the same time, the project’s main construction works are progressing steadily in line with the approved development schedule.
Following its official groundbreaking ceremony in June 2025, the project has transitioned swiftly from design to full-scale execution, reflecting Amirah Developments’ commitment to timely delivery, construction excellence, and sustainable urban development. With all piling and shoring activities advancing as planned, the project is now firmly positioned for its scheduled completion and handover in the first quarter of 2027.

These works at Bonds Avenue Residences are being carried out in strict compliance with Dubai Municipality and Nakheel engineering regulations, ensuring safe load transfer to competent soil layers while protecting surrounding structures throughout the construction process.
