Dubai, UAE – Acube Abodes Realty has officially commenced construction of its latest premium residential development, Altair 52, following a successful groundbreaking ceremony in Dubai South, one of the city’s fastest-growing master communities. The milestone places Altair 52 among the first residential projects to begin construction in the new year, reflecting renewed momentum in Dubai’s high-growth real estate sector.
The ceremony was attended by senior management of Acube Abodes Realty, project consultants, contractors and key stakeholders, marking what the developer described as a strong foundation of trust, planning and execution excellence.
The launch comes amid an exceptionally strong year for Dubai’s property market. According to Dubai Land Department data, the emirate recorded 215,700 property transactions worth Dh686.8 billion last year. Developers completed 42,784 residential units, a 45 per cent increase, while 177,624 new units were launched, highlighting sustained demand and a robust development pipeline.
Strategically located, Altair 52 offers seamless connectivity to major highways, Al Maktoum International Airport and key logistics hubs including Jebel Ali Free Zone, positioning it at the heart of future economic activity.

Altair 52 has already achieved 70 per cent sales, brokered by Golden Bricks, underlining strong buyer confidence in both the project and Dubai South’s long-term prospects.
Scheduled for completion in 2027, the development will feature 52 residential units comprising studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, complemented by landscaped spaces and lifestyle-focused amenities.
Acube Abodes also announced plans to launch Altair 72 and Altair 92, reinforcing its growing footprint in Dubai’s evolving residential landscape.
