Dubai, UAE – The Dubai International Project Management Forum (DIPMF) concluded successfully, bringing together prominent leaders, decision-makers, and international experts in project management, infrastructure, and sustainable mobility. Organised by Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) under the theme “Bridging Communities,” the forum underscored Dubai’s commitment to developing an advanced ecosystem for managing vital infrastructure projects.

The forum served as a specialised platform for exchanging expertise and global best practices, while enhancing integration between organising and operating entities in line with Dubai’s strategic vision for innovation-led development.

Keolis MHI participated in the forum as a sponsor, reaffirming its long-standing strategic partnership with the RTA and its support for Dubai’s efforts to build an integrated urban transport system centred on operational efficiency, sustainability, and innovation.

Vikas Sardana, Acting Managing Director of Keolis MHI, said the DIPMF has emerged as a leading global platform for sharing knowledge and best practices in major project management. He noted that cooperation between Keolis MHI and the RTA represents a successful model of collaboration between organising and operating entities, contributing positively to mobility experiences and enhancing quality of life for residents and visitors.

The company highlighted that this institutional cooperation is built on knowledge exchange, role integration, and adherence to international standards. Joint initiatives with the RTA have helped develop operational systems that apply the highest levels of safety and efficiency, reinforcing Dubai’s standing as a global leader in smart transport solutions.

Keolis MHI also noted that over more than a decade, the forum has played a pivotal role in advancing project delivery methodologies in Dubai, shifting the focus from project completion to innovation—an approach reflected in the operational efficiency of critical transport systems.

In line with sustainability goals, the company reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the UAE’s Net Zero by 2050 initiative through energy optimisation and alignment with the Dubai Clean Energy Strategy.
