Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Almasar Alshamil Education has entered 2026 with strong operational momentum and an ambitious growth roadmap, following its successful listing on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) and a year of record expansion across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

The education group, which listed 30 percent of its share capital late last year, reported robust financial performance in the first nine months of 2025, with revenues rising 24 percent year-on-year to SAR 336 million and EBITDA reaching SAR 129 million. Growth was driven by record increases in student and beneficiary numbers across both Special Needs Education and Care (SEC) and higher education, bringing total learners and beneficiaries to approximately 28,000 across the Kingdom and the UAE.

Positioned at the heart of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 agenda, Almasar Education operates across inclusive education, specialized care and employability-focused higher education. The company is currently the largest provider of Special Needs Education and Care in Saudi Arabia, operating 39 daycare centers, 14 schools and three clinics through its Human Development Company (HDC), supporting around 8,000 beneficiaries nationwide.

In higher education, Almasar Education holds a leading position in the UAE through Middlesex University Dubai—the largest private university in the emirate—and NEMA Holding, Abu Dhabi’s largest tertiary education group, which operates Abu Dhabi University and Liwa University.

Looking ahead, Almasar Education has outlined four strategic priorities for 2026: expanding provision across key markets, strengthening and diversifying academic programs, advancing technology integration, and deepening partnerships with international institutions, industry and the public sector. Expansion in Saudi Arabia remains a core focus, with plans to open additional special needs centers and schools while scaling digital platforms for rehabilitation, outcome measurement and personalized care.

Aligned with national goals to enhance higher education quality, the group also plans to bring reputed international universities to Saudi Arabia in the coming years. In the UAE, it will continue to expand programs in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, business analytics and applied sciences, with a strong emphasis on employability, applied learning and industry collaboration.
