DUBAI, UAE – Camelicious, the global pioneer in camel milk production, is set to take a commanding role at Gulfood 2026, launching a suite of consumer-led innovations and regional health insights that promise to redefine the functional food landscape.

Central to the brand’s presence at the Dubai World Trade Centre is the reveal of an exclusive study conducted in partnership with YouGov. The research explores the “wellness blueprint” of UAE residents, identifying a significant gap between their healthy intentions and daily consumption habits. These findings will be debated during a high-profile panel titled “Unveiling UAE’s Wellness Blueprint – Insights Shaping the Future of F&B” on Tuesday, 27 January at 4:00 PM.

Breaking Global Barriers

Beyond data, Camelicious is addressing logistical hurdles that have historically limited camel milk’s global reach. The company will preview its 1-liter UHT (Ultra-High Temperature) camel milk, featuring a clean label with no preservatives and a breakthrough shelf life of up to nine months. This innovation is designed to eliminate cold-chain dependency, allowing the nutrient-rich milk to be exported and stored easily in international markets.

For the industry sector, Camelicious is launching a premium camel milk powder as a B2B functional ingredient. This allows global food manufacturers to integrate camel milk’s unique nutritional profile into snacks, beverages, and health supplements at scale.

From Factory to Farm

In a move toward greater transparency, the brand is also launching its Farm Tours initiative. This program will open the doors of the world’s largest camel farm to the public, offering visitors a firsthand look at the sophisticated R&D and welfare standards behind their products.

“Consumers are clear about what they want from food today: simplicity, real health benefits, and values,” said Hesham Yehia, Acting CEO of Camelicious. “By combining deep consumer understanding with breakthrough innovation, we’re expanding what’s possible for camel milk as both a product and an ingredient.”
