Dubai, UAE: STARZPLAY, a leading streaming platform and cricket broadcaster in the MENA region, has announced that it will exclusively stream the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026, reinforcing its commitment to delivering major global cricket events to audiences across the region.
The tournament, scheduled to run from February 7 to March 8, marks its 10th edition and will feature 20 international teams competing across 55 matches. Co-hosted by India and Sri Lanka, the championship is expected to showcase intense competition in cricket’s fastest format as top cricketing nations compete for global honours.
In the lead-up to the tournament, STARZPLAY launched promotional activities by hosting the Dubai leg of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Trophy Tour, offering fans a chance to see the iconic trophy up close and engage with the excitement surrounding the event.
To enhance the viewing experience for fans in the UAE, STARZPLAY has partnered with Marriott Bonvoy, the Official Accommodation Partner for the ICC, to launch two dedicated Fan Zones at Barasti and Warehouse in Dubai. The fan zones will livestream every match throughout the tournament, providing a social and immersive environment for cricket enthusiasts.
Barasti, located at Le Méridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Waterpark, will convert its Middle Deck into a dedicated fan zone featuring indoor and outdoor seating and multiple large screens. Meanwhile, Warehouse, situated at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre near Dubai International Airport, will transform its garden area into a vibrant cricket viewing destination, offering easy access from key business districts including Business Bay, Downtown Dubai, Bur Dubai, and Deira.

Entry to both fan zones will be free, although access will be limited to visitors aged 21 and above, with food and beverages available for purchase.
Maaz Sheikh, Co-Founder and CEO of STARZPLAY, said the platform’s continued exclusive rights to the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup reflects its dedication to bringing world-class cricket to audiences across MENA. He added that the fan zones, organised in collaboration with Marriott Bonvoy, are designed to extend the tournament experience beyond digital screens by fostering community engagement among cricket fans.
Among the most anticipated fixtures of the tournament is the high-profile India-Pakistan clash scheduled to take place in Colombo on February 15. Other major cricketing nations, including South Africa, New Zealand, Australia, England, Afghanistan, and Sri Lanka, are also set to feature prominently in the competition.

The ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 forms part of STARZPLAY’s broader cricket programming, which includes 116 days of live coverage featuring major tournaments such as the TATA Women’s Premier League and TATA Men’s IPL 2026, creating one of the region’s most extensive cricket streaming offerings.
Cricket fans across MENA will be able to watch every match of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026 live and exclusively on STARZPLAY, while UAE audiences can also experience the tournament atmosphere through the dedicated fan zones in Dubai.
