Dubai, UAE: Families, students and book enthusiasts continue to flock to Big Bad Wolf Books Dubai 2026, as the popular book fair carries on at The Sound Stage, Dubai Studio City. Organisers of the world’s largest book sale said the event will run daily until March 8, welcoming visitors from 10:00 AM until 2:00 AM, with free admission for everyone.
The fair has been drawing a steady stream of visitors looking to explore thousands of books in a relaxed, family-friendly setting.
Andrew Yap, Co-founder of Big Bad Wolf Books, said the event is designed to be more than just a shopping experience.
“With dedicated spaces for young readers and a family-friendly atmosphere, the event creates a welcoming space where discovery and learning naturally come together. Visitors can take their time, explore different genres, and rediscover the simple joy of reading a physical book,” he said.
According to Yap, this year’s edition features around 18,000 titles, covering a wide mix of genres and age groups. The collection includes everything from board books and activity books for children to fiction, literature and young adult titles, offering something for readers from all walks of life in the UAE’s diverse community.
Held under the theme “Beyond the Noise,” the 2026 edition encourages people to slow down and reconnect with meaningful reading at a time when digital distractions are part of everyday life. Organisers say the message goes beyond bookshelves — it is also about making reading more affordable and helping families build lasting reading habits at home.
By keeping prices accessible and offering a huge selection under one roof, Big Bad Wolf Books continues to promote reading as both a personal pleasure and a shared family activity.
This year’s fair also gives visitors a chance to discover new writers, revisit old favourites, and grow their home libraries without stretching their budgets.
Yap added that the organisation remains committed to supporting schools and learning communities.
“We want to support learning institutions and encourage the growth of personal and classroom libraries. Students and educators are entitled to an additional 5 per cent discount on all English books, with no minimum spend required, as long as they present a valid ID at checkout,” he said.
Beyond the books, visitors can also take part in prize draws during the event. Shoppers who spend AED 200 in a single transaction will receive one lucky draw entry for a chance to win prizes, including a MacBook Air. Those who spend more can earn additional entries. AED 1,000 vouchers are also up for grabs, with more details available on Big Bad Wolf Books’ official social media platforms.
