Dubai, UAE – Dairyland, a leading provider of premium UHT and fresh milk products in Pakistan, has made a significant move in the local dairy industry by implementing the first SIG XSlim 24 Aseptic filling machine for aseptic cartons in the country. Known for its high-quality products sourced directly from its own farms, Dairyland aims to expand its offerings while maintaining high standards in nutrition and quality.

Strategic Growth and New Products: As part of its growth strategy, Dairyland plans to introduce more affordable products to the market, ensuring wider access to high-quality dairy options. The company selected SIG XSlimBloc carton packs for their shelf presence and compact design, aligning with the evolving demands of Pakistani consumers.

Technological Advancements: The SIG XSlim 24 Aseptic technology combines speed and flexibility, capable of filling up to 24,000 packs per hour in nine volumes from 80mL to 200mL on the same machine. This technology supports a wide range of products, including liquid dairy, plant-based products, and non-carbonated soft drinks. Design changes can be made without interrupting the production process, and manufacturers can switch seamlessly between various aseptic carton packaging materials, including the innovative and sustainable SIG Terra.
