London: London’s iconic Battersea Power Station is set to host ‘Good Fit’, an exciting new wellness and fitness event series, from 10th March to 6th April 2025. The programme, featuring a mix of free and ticketed activities, aims to inspire visitors to find joy and empowerment through exercise and mindfulness. Whether you’re a fitness novice or a seasoned enthusiast, ‘Good Fit’ offers something for everyone.

The event kicks off on 12th March with ‘Stomp & Talk’, hosted by physician, mental fitness advocate, and podcaster Dr Alex George. Attendees will join Dr Alex for a walk in Battersea Park, followed by an intimate Q&A session at the Power Station. The event highlights the mental and physical benefits of walking, especially when done in good company. Dr Alex, known for his podcast ‘The Stompcast’, is passionate about encouraging people to connect outdoors for better mental and physical health.

On 13th and 20th March, visitors can take part in the Sky High Reset: EFT Tapping Workshop at Lift 109, the Power Station’s chimney lift experience. Led by intuitive psychology coach Holly Matthews, this workshop combines energy tapping techniques with stunning views of London’s skyline from 109 metres above the city.

Fitness enthusiasts can join Third Space for a Sunset HIIT Class on 18th and 19th March at The Coaling Jetty, with the Power Station’s iconic chimneys as a backdrop. For those seeking a greater challenge, Be Military Fit will host an al fresco Hyrox-style Bootcamp on 22nd March. Additionally, adidas will celebrate the launch of its new ‘Supernova’ running shoes with a special run club event starting at the Battersea Power Station store.

On 15th March, Boom Cycle by United Fitness will host the first-ever spin class inside the Power Station’s historic turbine halls, complete with a live DJ and breathtaking surroundings. Third Space will also offer a Pilates session on the same day.

For women looking to connect and energise, Core & Court: Pilates x Padel on 5th April offers a unique blend of mat Pilates and padel sessions at London’s only riverside padel courts, hosted by Rocket Padel, Padel With Holly, and Blanc Space Studios.

Families can enjoy free weekday fitness sessions at the Peppa Pig store, where little ones can participate in fun fitness-themed activities and meet Peppa Pig herself.

Beyond fitness, the ‘Good Fit’ series includes educational talks and wellness workshops. Biowell Health, a cutting-edge wellness hub opening its flagship centre at Battersea in February 2025, will host sessions on biohacking for better sleep and metabolic mastery. Skincare brand Kiehl’s will offer masterclasses on integrating beauty treatments into wellness routines, while MALIN+GOETZ will provide tarot-card style scent readings. Aesop will offer personalised consultations with a 10% discount on purchases made during the campaign.

After working up a sweat, visitors can refuel at one of the Power Station’s many eateries, including Poke House, LEON, tasha’s, and NOCI. For a caffeine boost, Grind Coffee will provide ‘Coffee & Chat’ conversation-starter cards, while a Nespresso pop-up in Turbine Hall B will offer collagen-enhanced coffee samples in collaboration with Vital Proteins until 31st March.
