Dubai: Marks and Spencer, operated by Al-Futtaim Group, is excited to announce the launch of its design collaboration with London based luxury nightwear designer, Olivia von Halle, debuting online and in selected stores today in the UAE.

Olivia von Halle was founded in 2011 with one aim – to make the world’s most luxurious pyjamas. This collaboration delivers the brand’s empowered feminine glamour as an accessible nightwear collection with M&S. The exclusive collection – M&S’ first nightwear collaboration – celebrates Olivia von Halle’s signature style and coveted designs, underpinned by the quality and trusted value of M&S to deliver the most luxurious pyjamas on the high street. 

Delving into her brand archive and taking inspiration from a vast anthology, adored by her customer base, Olivia von Halle has reworked three iconic prints to feature within the limited-edition collection with M&S. Forming an eight-piece capsule that celebrates the brands unique in-house designed prints, alongside M&S’s loungewear designs, reimagined and refined by Olivia von Halle, to create statement making pieces for at-home dressing and beyond.

The collaboration sees Olivia von Halle apply her iconic design language to some of M&S’ signature styles to deliver a collection effused with exquisite detailing; from contrast piping, branded buttons, premium French seams and wide elegant cuffs to one of a kind placement prints and heavyweight satin made with a responsibly sourced viscose blend. The three prints comprise the feminine floral, the classic stripe and the playful cat design – some of Olivia von Halle’s bestselling and most loved prints. The stripe being a rework of the continuity ‘Nika’ design – iconic to the brand, the cat motif from the Autumn / Winter 2021 collection and inspired by deities and Ancient Egypt and the floral pattern from Resort 2018. 

Loved by celebrities and influencers alike, from Gwyneth Paltrow, Naomi Watts and Nicole Kidman to Jennifer Lopez, Gigi and Bella Hadid – and now the M&S customer. Featuring decadent robes, luxury separates and silky soft pyjamas – complete with super soft, self-fabric eye mask.

Olivia von Halle, Founder & Designer, comments: “When I was a child, my mother hated shopping – with the exception of M&S. It was the one place she would go to and as a fashion hungry teenager I looked forward to our visits with huge excitement. From those very early childhood trips, to being fitted for my first bra, a trip to M&S has preceded many exciting milestones in my life and so it was an honour to collaborate with them on this limited-edition capsule collection. They are an icon of the British high street, and I feel so privileged to be able to play a small part in that ever-evolving legacy.”
