Dubai, UAE – The eighth edition of the Construction Technology ConFex (CTF) and Property Technology ConFex (PTF) is set to take place from April 30 to May 1, 2025, at the JW Marriott Hotel Marina in Dubai. Organised by Ventures Connect and backed by the Dubai Land Department and Dubai Municipality, this flagship event is poised to become the region’s largest convergence of ConTech and PropTech innovation.

Over 1,000 industry leaders including developers, contractors, consultants, facilities managers, and technology providers will gather to accelerate smarter, greener, and faster digital transformation across the built environment. The event will focus on bridging capital expenditure (Capex) and operational expenditure (Opex) through collaboration and sustainable innovation.

“We are connecting the dots between Capex and Opex to design, build and operate better,” said Katie Briggs, Director of CTF. “Our goal is to empower stakeholders with the knowledge and tools they need to collaborate, integrate and deliver sustainable, livable communities for generations to come.”

The two-day ConFEX will feature over 150 speakers, 40 exhibitors, and 550+ B2B meetings, creating a dynamic platform for networking, learning, and deal-making. The agenda is anchored on four critical themes: Tech for Climate, Tech for the Social Agenda, Tech for Competitive Edge, and Tech for Productivity and Performance, aligning with UAE’s national targets like Net Zero 2050.

Key topics under the ConTech stream include digital twins, AI applications beyond chatbots, robotics, cybersecurity, modern construction methods, and connected data environments. PropTech sessions will highlight advancements in super apps, AI-driven tenant experiences, and integrated tech across real estate operations.

High-profile speakers will represent major players including Aldar Properties, Damac, Emaar, NEOM, Masdar City, Dubai Holding, and many others.

“CTF brings together people and ideas, driving real change in construction. Ultimately, it’s about reducing risk, protecting margins and building better,” said Lee Miles, General Manager MENA at Procore, one of the event’s sponsors.

The grand finale of the event will be the Construction Technology Awards 2025 on May 1, celebrating excellence across 24 categories in digital transformation, innovation, and sustainability.

The ConFEX is supported by a robust roster of sponsors, including Procore, Dassault Systems, Premier Construction Software, Khatib & Alami, Bentley, Parsons, Trojan, AtkinsRéalis, and many more, marking it as the MENA region’s must-attend event for industry evolution.
