Abu Dhabi, UAE – Fenerbahçe Beko Istanbul has become the Turkish Airlines EuroLeague champion for the second time in club history after defeating AS Monaco 70-81 in the 2025 Championship Game at Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi.
Fenerbahçe’s previous EuroLeague title came in 2017, so head coach Saras Jasikevicius and his squad have ended fans’ eight-year wait to wear Europe’s crown again. With this triumph, Coach Jasikevicius is the fourth person to lift the EuroLeague as both a head coach and a player. Fenerbahçe is now the eighth team in modern EuroLeague history to lift multiple titles.
The championship game served as the grand finale of Abu Dhabi’s first-ever Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Final Four, an event that further reaffirmed the city’s growing popularity as a global sporting hub.
