Dubai, UAE – The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) has kicked off a new awareness campaign titled “We Are Here for You” at Dubai Hills Mall, aiming to bring its wide range of services closer to the public in a more accessible and interactive way.
The initiative was officially inaugurated by Major General Obaid Muhair Bin Suroor, Assistant Director of GDRFA-Dubai. Running daily from 10 AM to 10 PM, the campaign pavilion has already attracted strong public interest since opening day.

Designed to inform both citizens and residents, the campaign features several informative stalls where visitors can explore services such as Golden Visas, entry permits, identity cards, nationality services, and the “Amer Assistant” smart system. GDRFA personnel are available on-site to provide direct assistance, answer questions, and gather feedback through a dedicated system.
To make the experience more inclusive, the campaign also includes a children’s educational corner, complete with interactive displays featuring popular cartoon characters “Salim” and “Salam”, aimed at engaging young minds in learning about civic processes.

Officials described the initiative as a continuation of GDRFA’s commitment to community outreach, allowing for direct engagement and personalized service guidance. The campaign will continue until next Friday, providing a valuable opportunity for the public to better understand and interact with GDRFA services.
