Dubai, UAE – The final countdown is on for families in Dubai to experience Modesh World 2025, the city’s beloved ‘edutainment’ attraction, which is set to close its doors at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) on August 28. With just a few days left, visitors have one last opportunity to enjoy 118 attractions across five immersive zones and meet the iconic duo, Modesh and Dana.

Organised by DXB LIVE, the experiential agency of DWTC, in collaboration with the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE) as a highlight of Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS), Modesh World offers an unforgettable week of entertainment and creativity. Entry is priced at AED 25 for adults and AED 150 for children, with a special “buy three, get one free” offer still available. Esaad and Al Saada cardholders receive additional discounts, while people of determination and their guardians enjoy free entry.

Fresh Entertainment for Final Days

A new line-up of stage shows has been announced exclusively for the closing week. On August 26, the schedule includes daring Unicycle and Juggler acts, the high-energy Street Football Energy Act, captivating Magic Shows, and the playful antics of The Puzzle Walker. The excitement continues on August 27 with more Magic Shows, Puzzle Walker Acts, the skilled Urban Football Freestylers, and the unique Cello Hand Balancing Act.

Zones of Adventure Await

Modesh World’s five immersive zones continue to be a hub of activity until the final day. The Bounce Zone is perfect for younger children to jump and play, while the Arcade Zone offers a mix of classic and new games for the whole family. Thrill-seekers can head to the Drift Zone for karting, quad bikes, and bumper cars. The Main Stage remains the central point for daily performances and photo opportunities with Modesh and Dana. To keep energy levels high, the Modesh Café and food court feature 13 dining outlets, including a showcase of homegrown SMEs.

Inspiring Minds with Workshops

A series of workshops, hosted in partnership with leading Dubai Government entities, are designed to spark young minds. The Community Development Authority (CDA) is hosting daily talks with senior citizens until August 28. The Consumer Awareness Team from the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) is educating young visitors on consumer rights through games and competitions. Dubai Civil Defence will hold its final interactive sessions on fire safety and emergency response on August 28, complete with a meet-and-greet with mascot Salim.

The DSS Student Design Competition, featuring young artists’ work on-site and on a digital wall, adds to the back-to-school fun. Interactive games like Matchy Matchy Memory, Lucky Drop, and Mini Golf, as well as arts and crafts workshops, are also available for children.

Extended Hours for Last-Minute Fun

Modesh World is open daily from 10am to 10pm from Monday to Thursday and from 10am to midnight on weekends (Friday to Sunday), providing ample time for families to enjoy the last moments of summer.

Accessing the venue is simple and convenient, with options including the Dubai Metro, buses, and taxis. For those driving, there are six paid and two free car parks, along with valet services and electric vehicle charging stations.

With the back-to-school season approaching, these final days at Modesh World offer the perfect chance for families to bond and celebrate summer. Whether it’s catching a final show or trying one last ride, there is still plenty to experience before the doors close on August 28.
