News DeskDubai, UAE – Ambassador Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, Pakistan’s Envoy to the UAE, was honored at a farewell reception in Dubai, marking the end of his diplomatic tenure in the Emirates. The event was hosted by the team at Vista Maritime Travel Tourism, including Dr. Zafar Tahir and Dr. Fatima Khalid.
The reception brought together a diverse group of attendees, including members of the diplomatic corps, Emirati dignitaries, and prominent representatives of the Pakistani community.
In his remarks, Ambassador Tirmizi expressed deep gratitude to his hosts for the memorable gathering. He also extended thanks to all the distinguished guests for their attendance and support.
The Ambassador highlighted the strong and friendly relations between Pakistan and the UAE, underscoring the “warmth, cooperation, and hospitality” he received from the leadership and people of the UAE throughout his stay. He conveyed his appreciation to the “Emirati brothers and sisters,” the vibrant Pakistani diaspora, and the diplomatic community for their unwavering support.
Ambassador Tirmizi also acknowledged the dedication of his colleagues at the Embassy of Pakistan in Abu Dhabi and the Consulate General of Pakistan in Dubai. He praised their vital role in serving the community and furthering bilateral ties between the two nations.
As he prepares for his next assignment in Moscow, Russia, Ambassador Tirmizi said he would carry with him “fond memories” of his time in the UAE.
