News DeskAbu Dhabi, UAE – Royal Development Holding, in partnership with SAAS Properties, has awarded Swiss Pro Foundations LLC the contract to carry out piling and enabling works for the highly anticipated Seamont Autograph Collection Residences on Al Reem Island.
The appointment marks a key milestone for the AED 1.6 billion waterfront development, which is set to become Abu Dhabi’s first residential project under Marriott International’s Autograph Collection brand.
According to the developers, mobilisation at the site began on 6 October 2025. The current phase of works — including shoring installation, deep excavation and piling — is scheduled for completion by April 2026, paving the way for the start of vertical construction.
Tariq Nazzal, General Manager of Royal Harbour — the joint venture between Royal Development Holding and SAAS Properties — said the collaboration with Swiss Pro Foundations underscores the project’s commitment to quality and timely execution.

Phase One of the development has already seen a full sell-out, prompting the launch of Phase Two. The latest release features 216 units comprising 1-3 bedroom apartments and 3-4 bedroom duplexes designed to blend modern coastal aesthetics with panoramic sea views.
Upon completion, Seamont will consist of 497 residences, including townhouses and penthouses overlooking the Arabian Gulf and Saadiyat Island’s cultural district.
Located minutes from Al Maryah Island, The Louvre Abu Dhabi and Saadiyat Beach Club, the development offers residents easy access to key cultural and commercial hubs, as well as Abu Dhabi International Airport.
