Dubai, UAE – Dubai’s position as a global nexus for luxury real estate has attracted a new high-profile entrant, as Orlinski Realty Group officially launched this month, promising to fuse branded residences with world-class contemporary art.

The new venture is founded by Ilan Amar and Michael Cohen, in partnership with celebrated French contemporary artist Richard Orlinski, who has been the world’s best-selling French contemporary artist since 2015. The group plans to challenge traditional development norms by creating “art-led hotels and branded residences” across the region, where living spaces are designed as certified artistic masterpieces.

Richard Orlinski is globally recognised for his bold, faceted sculptures, which blend pop culture aesthetics with fine art. His work has been exhibited at key global locations, including the Champs-Élysées, Miami Art Basel, and Rodeo Drive, and is represented by more than 200 galleries worldwide. The artist also boasts a significant digital following, with over nine million followers on Instagram.

The Orlinski Realty Group concept moves beyond traditional property development. Co-Founder and CEO Ilan Amar positioned the launch as a move to capitalise on the region’s dynamic luxury market.

“The Middle East, and especially the UAE are the world’s most dynamic markets for branded real estate, and are the perfect places to introduce our vision,” Amar stated. “With Orlinski Realty Group, we are challenging the idea of what a hotel or residence can be—not just a property to own or stay in, but a masterpiece to experience, one that carries cultural value as much as financial value.”

Each project is intended to be a “gallery without walls,” where the architecture itself is faceted and complemented by signature Orlinski sculptures. The developers intend for the completed environments to be signed, numbered, and authenticated as part of the artist’s lasting legacy.

Richard Orlinski himself expressed enthusiasm for extending his artistic vision beyond traditional venues. “For me, art has never been limited to galleries. It belongs in the streets, in public spaces, and now, within the walls of hotels and residences,” he commented. “Through Orlinski Realty Group, I want to blur the boundaries between art and life, so that every guest or resident becomes part of the story, part of the legacy.”

The decision to launch in the UAE is strategic, reinforcing the country’s reputation as a global leader in branded residences and luxury hospitality. The group notes that projects in the UAE frequently sell out rapidly—often within two to six months—demonstrating strong market appetite for innovative concepts.

Furthermore, Orlinski already has an established local presence, with monumental sculptures permanently showcased at major landmarks including the Dubai Mall and Jetex Airport, ensuring immediate brand recognition among affluent regional buyers.

The move comes as the global branded residence sector experiences massive growth, having expanded by more than 160% over the past decade. The segment is expected to reach nearly 1,870 projects worldwide by 2027, with branded properties commanding an average 30–35% price premium over non-branded developments. Orlinski Realty Group is currently exploring collaborations with developers and hospitality groups to initiate its first art-led projects in the region.
