Dubai: Dubai’s beloved FIX Dessert Chocolatier has made its long-awaited debut outside the UAE, opening a month-long pop-up inside Harrods, the world-famous luxury department store in Knightsbridge. Running from 27 October to 23 November, the event marks a major milestone for the Dubai-based brand known for reimagining chocolate with playful creativity and bold Middle Eastern flair.

Located within Harrods’ Chocolate Hall, the immersive FIX pop-up invites visitors on what the brand calls a “journey through taste and discovery.” The pastel-hued installation, featuring London-inspired décor and a whimsical twist on the city’s iconic Tube map, offers the perfect backdrop for photo ops and sweet indulgence alike.

At the heart of the collaboration is a world-first creation: the OG FIX Hot Chocolate, crafted exclusively for Harrods. Served from a candy-pink FIX truck on Hans Crescent until 19 November, the indulgent drink features a rich chocolate base topped with pistachio Chantilly, a dark chocolate disk and a croissant-filo pastry twist — a decadent nod to the brand’s signature style.

“Having grown up in London, this truly feels like a full-circle moment,” said Sarah Hamouda, Co-Founder of FIX Dessert Chocolatier. “From visiting Harrods Food Hall as a child to launching my own brand here, it’s been an incredible journey. The biggest pleasure of all is meeting our fans in person and seeing their reactions as they try FIX for the very first time.”

The pop-up also showcases the brand’s viral confections, including its signature ‘Can’t Get Knafeh Of It’ bar — a fusion of knafeh pastry, pistachio and chocolate that has earned cult status across the UAE. Londoners can also sample other favourites such as Pick Up A Pretzel, Catch Me If Pecan and Mind Your Own Biscuit, with bars priced from £25.

André Lewis, Head of Buying for Food, Wine & Spirits at Harrods, described the collaboration as “a celebration of creativity, craftsmanship and indulgence.”

“FIX have changed the landscape of luxury confectionery through their innovative approach and bold flavour artistry,” Lewis said. “They are a natural fit for Harrods’ Chocolate Hall and a perfect example of our commitment to offering exclusive, world-class experiences.”

The first 150 customers to purchase a bar will receive a special gift, while visitors outside can enjoy the exclusive OG FIX Hot Chocolate for £10.

Brought to London by Imagine FMCG, the pop-up blends Dubai’s flair for luxury with London’s taste for novelty — and for both loyal fans and newcomers, it promises to be a FIX worth queuing for.
