News DeskDubai, UAE – The Luxe Developers has appointed Aquapile Contracting to carry out the shoring and piling works for La Mazzoni, its Dh2.3 billion wellness-integrated luxury development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.
The appointment follows the official groundbreaking of the project earlier this month and marks a key construction milestone as La Mazzoni moves into the next phase of development. The project is scheduled for completion in 2028.
Aquapile Contracting will be responsible for delivering specialist foundation works, including shoring, piling and dewatering, to support the construction of the landmark development. The collaboration builds on the successful partnership between the two companies on The Luxe Developers’ debut Al Marjan Island project, Oceano, which is due for completion next year.
Commenting on the appointment, Shubam Aggarwal, chairman of The Luxe Developers, said the commencement of foundation works represents a significant step forward following the recent groundbreaking. He highlighted Aquapile’s proven technical expertise and track record in complex foundation projects, noting that the contractor’s capabilities align with the developer’s standards for quality and execution.
Ashish Desai, managing director of Aquapile Contracting, said the company was pleased to be appointed for the second time by The Luxe Developers. He added that the collaboration builds on the trust established during the successful completion of foundation works at Oceano, and that Aquapile looks forward to supporting the delivery of La Mazzoni through its engineering expertise and local experience.
La Mazzoni is The Luxe Developers’ second multi-billion-dirham project on Al Marjan Island, following the sold-out success of Oceano. The development will comprise 568 fully furnished residences, five retail units, biophilic architecture, exclusive wellness amenities and integrated co-working spaces, reinforcing Ras Al Khaimah’s growing position as a global luxury lifestyle destination.
