Abu Dhabi, UAE – World-renowned Italian composer and pianist Ludovico Einaudi performed to a packed audience on Saadiyat Island, marking another unforgettable concert at the open-air venue.
Performing under the stars, Einaudi mesmerised fans with his distinctive blend of classical and contemporary music, featuring compositions from his acclaimed albums. The audience was treated to a deeply moving set – pieces that have made Einaudi one of the most-streamed classical artists in the world.
Speaking to the audience, Einaudi said: “It is a pleasure to be back in Abu Dhabi. This is my first concert in 2026, so I will take the opportunity to wish everyone a happy new year and a great evening!” His reflective tone and minimalist performance style created an intimate atmosphere, drawing the audience into an evocative journey of sound and emotion.

Next weekend, Saadiyat Nights will welcome Scottish singer-songwriter Lewis Capaldi on 17 January, continuing a season that celebrates the power of music in one of the world’s most inspiring settings. Other confirmed acts for the 2026 season include John Meyer (24 January), Ricky Martin (31 January), Mariah Carey (7 February), and Bryan Adams (11 February).
In addition to the music, concert goers enjoyed food, snacks and beverages from a diverse selection of the city’s tastiest dining concepts. Among the food outlets on offer at the custom-built venue were Home Bakery Kitchen, Grapes and Cheese, Slice 45, Reif Kushiyaki, Junk Burger, and ARC by Aptitude.
