Dubai, UAE – Global technology company Zoho Corporation has announced the launch of its new data centres in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, marking a major milestone in its long-term commitment to the UAE’s digital transformation. The facilities form a key part of the AED 100 million investment plan the company unveiled in 2023.

The new data centres will host over 100 solutions from Zoho’s two flagship brands — Zoho and ManageEngine — enabling businesses, government bodies, and semi-government organisations to store data locally while meeting stringent security and compliance requirements. The move significantly strengthens data sovereignty and supports the UAE’s National Cybersecurity Agenda.

Speaking at the launch, Shailesh Davey, Co-founder and CEO of Zoho Corporation, said the UAE remains one of Zoho’s largest markets in the region. “With this expansion, we are empowering organisations of all sizes to adopt cloud technologies for end-to-end digital transformation and support Dubai’s vision of becoming a global digital economy leader under Vision 2030,” he said.

The data centres have received the CSP Security Standard Certificate from Dubai Electronic Security Center (DESC), along with global certifications including ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 27017 and CSA STAR Level 2. Zoho’s Dubai office has also been awarded ISO 27001 certification.

Zoho recorded 38.7 per cent growth in the UAE in 2025, expanded its partner network by 29 per cent, and increased its workforce by 35 per cent. Its growth has been driven by solutions such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Workplace, Zoho Creator and Zoho One.

Meanwhile, ManageEngine achieved 20 per cent growth in the UAE last year, particularly in BFSI, government, manufacturing, and the public sector, as cloud adoption for its services rose by nearly 35 per cent. The combined expansion underscores the UAE’s accelerating shift toward cloud-first digital strategies.
