The agreement was formalised during a signing ceremony held at the AMIS Sales Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road, attended by Jacob Arabo, Founder, Chairman and Creative Director of Jacob & Co.; Neeraj Mishra, Founder and CEO of AMIS GPD Development; and Shah Azim Hameed, shareholder of AMIS GPD Development.
The collaboration marks Jacob & Co.’s expansion into branded luxury real estate in Dubai, combining its globally recognised design philosophy with AMIS GPD Development’s expertise in high-end property development. The planned villa community will focus on exclusivity, contemporary architecture and refined living, with an emphasis on premium materials, bespoke design elements and advanced technology.
Located in Meydan, an area synonymous with upscale living and connectivity, the project aims to set a new benchmark for luxury villa developments in Dubai. Developers stated that the community will cater to discerning homeowners seeking privacy, sophistication and a lifestyle aligned with global luxury standards.
Speaking at the event, Jacob Arabo said the partnership reflects a shared commitment to excellence and creativity, noting that the project will deliver a distinctive residential experience that mirrors the brand’s craftsmanship and attention to detail.
