Titled “Eternal Nights of Kuwait in the UAE”, the concert went beyond a traditional live show, presenting an immersive artistic journey where music, light, and emotion merged to reflect the deep-rooted bonds between the United Arab Emirates and the State of Kuwait. The night stood as a vivid expression of Gulf unity, shared heritage, and mutual respect through art.
Al Jassmi opened the evening with “I Love Kuwait”, a song written by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, and composed by Fahad Al Nasser. The performance received an enthusiastic response from the audience, setting an emotional tone that carried throughout the night.

The concert featured a series of artistic surprises, including on-stage collaborations with prominent Gulf artists Balqees, Motref Al Motref, and Khaled Al Muthafar. These performances highlighted a spirit of camaraderie and artistic harmony, reinforcing the fraternal message at the heart of the event.
One of the evening’s standout moments was a trio performance by Al Jassmi, Motref Al Motref, and Khaled Al Muthafar, who delivered a contemporary rendition of the classic song “Marni”, originally performed by the late Kuwaiti legend Abdulkarim Abdulqader. The night also featured a special piano duet between Al Jassmi and Balqees on his iconic song “Ahebbak” (I Love You), drawing strong emotional engagement from the audience.

Audience members actively participated, singing along and responding passionately, transforming the concert into a shared emotional experience rather than a one-sided performance.

The event underscored the role of art as a bridge between nations, affirming music’s ability to foster understanding, preserve shared memories, and strengthen cultural ties. Led by Hussain Al Jassmi’s heartfelt performance, the night stood as a powerful reminder that when art is rooted in honesty and emotion, it becomes a universal language capable of uniting people beyond borders.
