Keolis MHI and Dubai Ambulance Join Forces for Safety Excellence

Dubai, UAE – Keolis MHI, the company responsible for Dubai Metro and Tram operations, and the prestigious Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS), have solidified their commitment to safety, emergency response, and operational excellence through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The agreement, signed on September 27, 2023, marks a significant milestone in their collaborative efforts to elevate safety standards in Dubai.

The MoU, signed at the DCAS headquarters by Wallace Weatherill, Managing Director of Keolis MHI, and Mishal Abdulkarim Julfar, Executive Director of DCAS, underscores their shared vision for rapid response and safety excellence during emergencies. This partnership leverages Keolis MHI’s expertise in mobility solutions and DCAS’s world-leading ambulatory services.

The core objectives of the agreement focus on collaboration, knowledge sharing, certification, training, and ambulance services. Both entities will engage in joint training initiatives, cultural events, and collaborative projects. DCAS will provide specialized first aid training for Keolis MHI personnel to enhance their preparedness during emergencies.

Mishal Abdulkarim Julfar, Executive Director of DCAS, emphasized the importance of this collaboration in enhancing emergency response capabilities and ensuring the safety and well-being of Dubai’s residents and visitors.

Wallace Weatherill, Managing Director of Keolis MHI, expressed his satisfaction with the partnership and highlighted the commitment to employee training, aligning with Dubai’s efforts to become a preferred destination for living, working, and visiting.
