Dubai Police “Your Voice is Heard” Initiative arrives in Al Khawaneej

Dubai, UAE – Al Khawaneej Police Station recently spearheaded the “Your Voice is Heard” initiative, underscoring their commitment to direct communication with the community. Colonel Khalifa Khalid Al Awadi, Deputy Director, led the meeting attended by station personnel, emphasizing the pursuit of exceptional service standards.

The initiative aligns with the directives of Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, and is monitored by Major General Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Investigation Affairs.

Colonel Al Awadi stressed the pivotal role of Customer Happiness Departments in both government and private sectors, serving as frontline entities engaged in service delivery and public interaction. The focus remains on delivering high-quality services to ensure customer satisfaction, particularly in the Al Khawaneej Police Station’s jurisdiction.

Insights into Dubai Police’s community and security services, accessible through stations, an online portal, and a smart app, were provided by Colonel Al Awadi. He highlighted Smart Police Stations (SPS) and the 901 call centre, emphasizing the implementation of the Happiness Meter on digital platforms to gauge daily customer satisfaction, promoting transparency and facilitating immediate feedback.
