Dubai, UAE – The Training City Field in Al Ruwayyah, Dubai, set the stage for the seventh edition of the Police Championship for Specialist Teams, inaugurated in the presence of key figures, including Major General Rashed Khalifa bin Darwish Al Falasi and Brigadier Ali Khalfan Al Mansoori. The championship, held from December 18 to 21, is a collaborative effort between the Police Sports Union and the Dubai Police General Command.
Seven teams, representing various police commands, engaged in fierce competition. In the Tactical Competition, Dubai Police General Command Team (B) secured the top spot in the men’s category, with Abu Dhabi Police General Command leading the women’s competition. In the Attack Competition, accolades went to Dubai Police General Command Team (B) in the men’s category and Dubai Police General Command in the women’s.
Brigadier Al Mansoori expressed gratitude for the event’s success, acknowledging the efforts of the Police Sports Union, police general commands, and supportive partners. He congratulated the winners, emphasizing the importance of maintaining peak physical fitness and continual improvement in performance. The championship aims to foster a competitive spirit among police members, enhancing their readiness and capabilities.
