The tourist reported the loss through the Dubai Police Tourist Service on the Dubai Police app, stating that he had left the money pouch in a taxi while returning to his residence.
Received at 2:00 AM, the report prompted immediate action from the tourist police team. Within half an hour, they successfully traced the taxi to the tourist’s hotel and contacted the driver to return the money pouch. The comprehensive measures undertaken by the diligent team showcased their commitment to community satisfaction during festive occasions.
Major General Jamal Salem Al Jallaf, Director of the General Department of Criminal Investigation, reiterated Dubai Police’s dedication to swiftly respond and handle incidents, ensuring the security and well-being of community members.
