Dubai, UAE – Dubai Police has launched a groundbreaking initiative to streamline customer service through technology, issuing approximately 1,000 electronic certificates for vehicles damaged in recent adverse weather conditions. Under the newly introduced “To Whom It May Concern” – Natural Disasters service, users can apply online via the Dubai Police website and smart app, eliminating the need for in-person visits to police stations.

This initiative, spearheaded by His Excellency Khalid Nasser Alrazooqi, Director of the General Department of Artificial Intelligence at Dubai Police, aligns with the directives of His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, aimed at automating services in line with Dubai’s 360-degree service policy.

Alrazooqi highlighted the strategic importance of this step in enhancing community happiness, stating that customers can now apply for vehicle damage certificates within minutes through the online platform. By automating this service, Dubai Police aims to fulfill the Dubai government’s vision of becoming the world’s smartest city, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and artificial intelligence systems to enhance service efficiency.

The automation of this service is set to significantly improve the quality of service provided by Dubai Police, aligning with Dubai’s Services 360′ policy. This move is expected to provide proactive solutions, expedite procedures, and ultimately enhance customer satisfaction, leading to an improved quality of life for residents.
