Scheduled for release on February 29, 2024, in the UAE and Lebanon, the epic sequel will premiere in other Middle Eastern markets on April 11, aligning with the Eid festivities. To gratify eager fans across the region, an exclusive week of previews is slated from February 29 to March 6, 2024, offering a sneak peek before the broader release.
“Dune: Part Two,” a continuation of Frank Herbert’s revered 1965 novel, picks up where its predecessor left off, featuring a stellar cast including Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, and Rebecca Ferguson among others. The film’s breathtaking landscapes, set on the desert planet Arrakis, were filmed across nearly 20 locations in Abu Dhabi’s Liwa desert, employing a diverse team of 300 local and 250 international crew members, along with 500 extras, during its 27-day shoot in winter 2022.
