The programme, characterized by 25 strategic alliances with development and real estate brokerage companies in the private sector, reflects Dubai’s commitment to fostering collaboration between public and private entities. Moreover, it underscores the dedication of real estate companies towards supporting initiatives aimed at nurturing national talent.

One of the programme’s cornerstone components is the qualification project, which includes over 15 training workshops scheduled by year-end. These workshops, conducted in collaboration with industry experts, aim to empower and qualify participants, ultimately leading to the issuance of real estate broker licenses to eligible individuals.

Underpinning the programme is the vision to expand the presence of Emirati brokers in the real estate sector, with a targeted increase from 5% to 15% over the next three years. This expansion aligns with the broader objectives of Dubai’s Social Agenda 33 and Economic Agenda D33, aimed at integrating Emiratis into the private sector and establishing Dubai as a hub for skilled professionals.

These initiatives not only enhance the competitive edge of Emirati citizens but also unlock new horizons for their participation in the real estate sector.

In conclusion, the Dubai Real Estate Brokers Programme stands as a testament to Dubai’s commitment to empowering its citizens and fostering collaboration between public and private entities. With its ambitious goals and comprehensive approach, the programme heralds a new era of opportunity and growth for Emirati citizens in the dynamic real estate landscape of Dubai.
