During the annual inspection, His Excellency Major General Abdulla Ali Al Ghaithi, Assistant Commandant for Operations Affairs at Dubai Police, reviewed these remarkable accomplishments.
Major General Al Ghaithi was thoroughly briefed on the department’s comprehensive efforts across various domains, including government communication, community responsibility, awareness campaigns, marketing campaigns, media relations, and community initiatives.
Key Accomplishments:
Awareness Campaigns:
The department successfully executed numerous awareness campaigns aligned with the strategic goals of Dubai Police. These campaigns, addressing traffic, criminal, and community issues, were meticulously planned and executed in collaboration with various sectors within Dubai Police and external partners.
Marketing Campaigns:
In 2023, a total of 78 marketing campaigns were conducted to raise awareness of Dubai Police services. These campaigns spanned various areas, including criminal, traffic, and community services.
Exhibitions:
The department organized 35 exhibitions in 2023, comprising seven international and 28 local exhibitions. Over the past three years, the department has held a total of 101 exhibitions.
Media Relations:
Maintaining a robust media relations program, the department engaged with local and international media outlets, news agencies, and relevant entities to ensure effective communication and transparency with the public.
Community Initiatives:
In 2023, the department implemented 28 community initiatives, benefiting 708,800 individuals. Over the past three years, these initiatives have created 1,353 volunteer opportunities, with 32,151 volunteers contributing 918,725 hours of service.
