Sharjah, UAE – The Sharjah F1 Team has confirmed the extension of driver Rusty Wyatt’s contract for multiple years, ensuring his continued presence with the team.

Rusty Wyatt expressed his immense happiness with the news, sharing his pride in wearing the team’s colors and representing them in various events in the future. “The team feels like my second family since I joined, and I hope to achieve great success together in the upcoming races,” Rusty stated enthusiastically.

A significant highlight of Wyatt’s announcement was the Sharjah F1 Team’s plan to manufacture their own F1H2O boats. Rusty is optimistic about the team’s future, asserting that the best is yet to come and setting their sights on achieving top positions and competing strongly in every race.

Ahmed Al-Hosani, General Manager of Sharjah International Marine Sports Club, and Scott Gillman, Team Manager, expressed their excitement about Rusty’s extended stay with the team. Both are confident that his presence will bolster the team’s performance and success in the coming years.

In addition to securing Wyatt’s contract, Sharjah has also signed an agreement to host a round of the UIM F1H2O World Championship for three more years, solidifying its commitment to the sport and the team’s future.
