Dubai, UAE – Dubai Mall, the world’s most visited destination in 2023, has continued its impressive growth trajectory into 2024, attracting 57 million visitors in the first half of the year. This represents a notable increase from the 52 million visitors recorded during the same period in 2023.

The mall has seen robust performance across various categories, with retail sales experiencing growth ranging from 8% to 15% compared to the previous year. This sustained growth underscores Dubai Mall’s pivotal role in the global retail and entertainment landscape.

Mohamed Alabbar, Founder of Emaar, commented on the results: “This growth reflects the hard work and dedication of our team and partners. In 2023, Dubai Mall solidified its status as the most visited place on Earth, welcoming 105 million visitors, a 19% increase from the previous year. This achievement was complemented by exceptionally strong sales figures, highlighting the mall’s significant influence.

The momentum has continued into 2024, with Dubai Mall maintaining its reputation as a global icon of retail and leisure. It consistently offers innovative experiences, further reinforcing its position as a leading destination for visitors worldwide.
