Dubai, UAE – Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture), emphasized the remarkable progress of Emirati women, stating that they have moved beyond empowerment to become globally competitive. She noted that through their achievements and pioneering roles, Emirati women have significantly contributed to building a sustainable future and have become a powerful source of inspiration.

“Emirati women have proven their competence in undertaking all tasks, creating opportunities, and turning challenges into achievements across all fields locally, regionally, and internationally. They are the heart of the nation, helping raise a strong, promising generation capable of leading the future,” said Her Highness.

Sheikha Latifa also highlighted the influence of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, the “Mother of the Nation,” who has been instrumental in providing opportunities for women across various fields. As Chairwoman of the General Women’s Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, and Supreme Chairwoman of the Family Development Foundation, Sheikha Fatima has been pivotal in harnessing the capabilities of women, fostering their development in numerous sectors.

The UAE’s wise leadership has also played a critical role in establishing a unique approach to empowering women, expanding their horizons, and enhancing their presence on international platforms. This support has enabled Emirati women to become ambassadors for their country, representing the UAE with distinction on the global stage.
