The “Liveable City Initiative of the Year” category features transformative projects such as Cairo Metro Line 3 – Phase 3 by The Arab Contractors Company, Green IndustriCity by the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu, and Msheireb Downtown Doha by Msheireb Properties. These initiatives underscore a commitment to enhancing urban livability and infrastructure.
The “Impact Leadership Team of the Year” category highlights the senior management teams driving significant impact within their organizations and the broader industry. Finalists include prominent companies like Engineering Consultants Group (ECG), Douglas OHI, KEO, KPC Projects National Housing Company, and Qatar Free Zones Authority.

This year’s awards have seen a notable increase in government participation, with entities such as Diriyah Company, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), and the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu among the finalists. The “Sustainability Leader of the Year” category continues to highlight the critical role of industry leaders in driving sustainability initiatives. Finalists include key figures such as Eng. Fakher AlShawaf of AlBawani Holding, Julie Alexander of Diriyah Company, and Mohammed Al Breiki of Masdar City, who are recognized for their contributions to sustainable development.
