Among the highlights is the City Management – Liveability through Digital Twin and AI Technologies project. This initiative aims to create interconnected urban environments that respond to residents’ needs, featuring a platform that visualises liveability scores in real-time via a dynamic 3D city model. This platform aids city planners and decision-makers in optimizing the quality of life across the emirate by integrating data for holistic planning, predictive analytics, and scenario simulations.
DMT is also showcasing its AI Enabled Construction Journey, an AI-driven platform designed to streamline the architectural review process by reducing human error and accelerating plan approvals. The system reviews BIM 3D models to ensure regulatory compliance and converts traditional 2D architectural drawings into 3D models using generative AI, greatly aiding consultants in the permit application process for private residential villas.
Attendees can explore Properties Space, a digital hub on the TAMM platform that centralises Abu Dhabi’s real estate services, simplifying property management for owners, investors, and tenants. The hub offers tools for purchasing, selling, renting, and managing properties, along with interactive maps, utility data, real estate statistics, and professional directories.
Additionally, visitors can discover the Integrated Transport Centre’s (AD Mobility) Smart Mobility Analytics Framework (Fusion), an AI engine that provides insights into commuters’ transportation needs. Using advanced data mining and machine learning on a dataset of over 70 billion rows, Fusion evaluates transportation network performance and anticipates future challenges, empowering stakeholders to make informed decisions.
