The collaboration was formalized through the signing of a Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) for a luxurious 5-Star Hotel and Residences located within the mixed-use development, AAA Octa 2, Karachi.
The momentous signing ceremony, graced by the presence of Faisal Niaz Tirmizi, Ambassador of Pakistan to the UAE, and Afaq Ahmed, Deputy Head of Mission, took place in Abu Dhabi. Representing AAA Associates was Muhammad Omer Munj, while Julien Bergue, co-founder and Managing Partner of Valor Hospitality Middle East, also attended the event.
This state-of-the-art property is designed to offer a unique fusion of luxury and comfort, featuring 114 opulent rooms and suites, expansive banqueting spaces, an all-day diner, a bar, private dining, a comprehensive wellness and fitness center, and more. Additionally, the development will house 314 modern, branded, and serviced residential units.
