Ajman Unveils Innovative Tourism Initiatives at GITEX 2023

Ajman, UAE – The Ajman Department of Tourism Development (ADTD) has taken the spotlight at GITEX 2023, held at the Dubai World Trade Center from October 16 to 20. The department is proudly showcasing innovative initiatives designed to transform the tourism industry and elevate government services in the Emirate of Ajman.

Sheikh AbdulAziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Department of Tourism Development, expressed that these groundbreaking initiatives reflect their commitment to enhancing the visitor experience and government service delivery. These efforts underscore Ajman’s dedication to pushing the boundaries of excellence in tourism.

The initiatives were unveiled at the Ajman government pavilion, with the presence of His Excellency Mahmood Khaleel Alhashmi, Director General of the ADTD, and various government department heads. Alhashmi emphasized the significance of these services and their potential impact on the tourism sector in Ajman.

The first initiative, the Digital Mapping of Hotels and Tourist Facilities, provides a one-stop solution for cultural, sports, and dining needs in Ajman, consolidating information from various sources in one user-friendly platform.

The second initiative, the Holiday Homes Initiative, enables property owners and affiliated companies to register and access benefits through ADTD’s digital services website. This service streamlines the management of holiday homes in Ajman, enhancing flexibility and customer satisfaction.

Overall, these initiatives highlight Ajman’s commitment to smart transformation and innovation in tourism, solidifying its status as a progressive tourism destination in the United Arab Emirates. These services represent a significant stride towards advancing the tourism sector and enhancing the overall visitor experience in the Emirate of Ajman.
