Dubai’s Global Village opens: More Cultures, New Attractions, and Exciting Experiences

Dubai, UAE – Dubai’s iconic multicultural destination, Global Village, commenced its 28th season on October 18th, 2023, at 6:00 pm. This season, which runs until April 28, 2024, promises an even more remarkable cultural experience for visitors from around the world.

After a record-breaking 27th season with 9 million guests, Global Village has expanded its offerings. The park boasts 27 pavilions, over 3,500 shopping outlets, and more than 250 dining options, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the rich tapestry of over 90 diverse cultures.

Fernando Eiroa, CEO of Dubai Holding Entertainment, expressed excitement, acknowledging the park’s role in solidifying Dubai’s status as a global entertainment and tourism hub.

Global Village’s 28th season offers an array of entertainment attractions, including 40,000 shows featuring world-class performers, concerts, street performances, and the all-new Cyber City Stunt Show – Powered by Surge. International acts like AAINJAA, Fusion Japan, and Dhol Foundation will grace the Main Stage, while the Kids’ Theatre will host beloved characters like Peter Rabbit and PJ Masks.

Visitors can also enjoy mesmerizing shows, including a new fire and laser spectacle at Dragon Lake, 3D projection shows at the iconic Dallah at the Gate of the World, and magical fireworks lighting up the skies every Friday and Saturday at 9:00 pm.

New additions include more than 195 rides and games at Carnaval™, 10 new exhibits at Ripley’s Believe It or Not!® Odditorium, and the largest House of Fear in the region. Global Village introduces Mini World, a destination celebrating world cultures through miniature landmarks, street food offerings, game and adventure zones, and a mini golf zone.

For visitor convenience, the Roads and Transport Authority has introduced an additional bus route, Route 107, and enhanced services across all parking zones, including the relocation of the VIP parking zone and additional entrances and exits.

Ticket options cater to all preferences, with ‘Value’ and ‘Any Day’ tickets. Tickets purchased online receive a 10% discount.
