Dubai, UAE – iAccel Gulf Business Incubator (iAccel GBI), a prominent player in the UAE’s startup ecosystem, has appointed Dr. Vivek Mansingh as the new Chairman of the Advisory Board. A Stanford alumnus and a globally recognized leader with nearly four decades of experience in Silicon Valley and India, Dr. Mansingh’s strategic insights are expected to usher in a new era of innovation and governance for iAccel GBI.

Founded in 2023 under the Hamdan Incubation Program, iAccel Gulf Business Incubator is set to expand its operations to Saudi Arabia in the next 18 to 24 months. Dr. Mansingh, known for his role as an innovation evangelist and his association with renowned leaders like Steve Jobs and Michael Dell, aims to shape iAccel GBI’s long-term vision, provide industry insights, and guide global expansion and investment strategies.

iAccel GBI Founder, Deepak Ahuja, expressed his excitement about the appointment, stating that Dr. Mansingh’s wealth of experience will propel the incubator to new heights, contributing to the enhancement of the UAE’s dynamic startup ecosystem.
Dr. Vivek Mansingh, Chairman of the Advisory Board, emphasized his eagerness to collaborate with iAccel GBI and navigate the UAE business landscape. He outlined the primary goal of articulating a roadmap for iAccel GBI’s vision, fostering a vibrant environment, and enhancing financial governance to drive sustainable growth.

In conjunction with his new role, Dr. Mansingh also launched his book, “Achieving Meaningful Success,” in Dubai. The book has received acclaim from industry stalwarts such as Ratan Tata, Narayan Murthy, and Sadhguru.

iAccel GBI aims to solidify its position as a global innovation powerhouse, focusing on network expansion and financial governance. The company, certified by Dubai SME, boasts a network of close to 300 angel investors, five venture capital firms, and 12 HNIs and family offices.
Notably, iAccel GBI is committed to fostering gender diversity in entrepreneurship through the introduction of “iThrive,” a platform offering 360-degree solutions to women-led startups. The initiative aligns with the goal of empowering visionary women to thrive in the business landscape, contributing to a more inclusive and dynamic startup ecosystem.
