Dubai, UAE – The Danube Group has made a significant contribution of Dh10 million to the Mothers’ Endowment campaign. This campaign, initiated by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, aims to establish a Dh1 billion endowment fund to support the education of millions worldwide in a sustainable manner.

Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, expressed his devotion to the campaign, stating that it is aimed at supporting and empowering mothers in the UAE. He emphasized the importance of acknowledging the unwavering dedication and sacrifices of mothers that shape society.

The Mothers’ Endowment campaign promotes values of honouring parents, kindness, compassion, and solidarity among community members. It also solidifies the UAE’s humanitarian role by establishing a sustainable endowment that empowers underprivileged individuals through education, thereby enabling them to drive sustainable development in their communities.

The proceeds of the campaign will be directed towards education projects that support the education of millions around the world, providing them with the tools and skills necessary for leading independent, dignified lives. These projects will be carried out in partnership with various humanitarian organizations.

The campaign builds upon the success of previous humanitarian campaigns launched by Sheikh Mohammed in Ramadan and extends the UAE’s approach to charity and humanitarian efforts, which are based on structured teamwork, long-term planning, and sustainable benefits.

The Mothers’ Endowment campaign welcomes donations and contributions to the endowment fund from institutions and individuals across six main channels, including the campaign’s website, a dedicated call centre, bank transfers, SMS, the DubaiNow app, and Dubai’s community contributions platform, Jood.
