QFZ & AEMOB Collaborate for EV Innovation

Doha, Qatar – The Autonomous e-Mobility Forum (AEMOB) has announced a strategic collaboration with the Qatar Free Zones Authority (QFZ). The partnership aims to advance the global conversation on autonomous e-mobility. The AEMOB Forum, scheduled for April 30th to May 2nd, 2024 in Doha, Qatar, will serve as a platform for international stakeholders in driverless e-mobility.

The collaboration will leverage QFZ’s unique position in facilitating trade and investment to propel the e-mobility ecosystem forward. Abdulla Hamad Al Binali, QFZ’s Investor Relations & Technical Support Director, expressed enthusiasm for the collaboration, aligning it with the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030.

Ahmad Al Ansari, Executive Committee Member at AEMOB Forum, echoed these sentiments, stating that the partnership exemplifies a shared vision of creating a future where autonomous e-mobility is accessible, reliable, and environmentally friendly.

The partnership is a cornerstone for the AEMOB Forum 2024, aiming to accelerate the understanding of electric vehicles (EV) solutions and positioning Qatar as a global hub for this transformative field. The alliance underscores QFZ and Forum’s commitment to sustainable development and a future where autonomous e-mobility plays a central role.
