Dubai, UAE – Trezi, the cutting-edge Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, announced its strategic expansion into the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in collaboration with iAccel Gulf Business Incubator, under the auspices of Dubai SME. This milestone move, complemented by the UAE government’s forward-thinking initiatives like the Dubai Metaverse Strategy, signifies a significant leap forward in Trezi’s mission to revolutionize design collaboration and enhance stakeholder engagement within the burgeoning Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry of the region.

Trezi, developed by SmartVizX, pioneers immersive technology solutions that seamlessly connect architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and other key stakeholders. By integrating immersive technologies such as the Metaverse, Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Mixed Reality (MR), Extended Reality (XR), conversational AI, and metahumans, Trezi aims to reshape the dynamics of the real estate market in the UAE, fostering greater alignment and efficiency.

The platform offers annual subscriptions and customized services tailored to various sectors within the AEC industry, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration regardless of physical location. Notably, Trezi’s TAAS (Technology as a Service) offering caters specifically to the real estate sector, enabling builders to effectively showcase unbuilt properties to clients.

Tithi Tewari, co-founder of Trezi, expressed excitement about the venture, stating, “The UAE’s dynamic landscape and commitment to technological innovation perfectly align with Trezi’s mission. We are enthusiastic about the substantial potential to revolutionize collaboration and innovation within the real estate industry.” Tewari emphasized the platform’s ability to enable engineers and architects to converge in a virtual realm, visualizing projects meticulously and potentially leading to significant cost savings and error prevention.

Deepak Ahuja, CEO, and Co-Founder of iAccel Gulf Business Incubator highlighted the alignment of this move with Dubai’s D33 agenda and the UAE’s rapid economic growth, offering startups a vast market to explore. Ahuja emphasized iAccel Gulf Business Incubator’s role in equipping innovative tech ventures to navigate the complexities of the UAE market and achieve strategic market entry.

Tithi Tewari further elucidated, “We are excited to contribute to Dubai’s vision of becoming a global metaverse hub and look forward to collaborating with local stakeholders to drive innovation and create value in the AEC sector.”

Founded in India in 2015, Trezi has secured over $3 million in funding to date, with its last funding round of $2 million in January 2023 led by World V and YourNest Venture Capital. Apart from its UAE expansion, Trezi continues to strengthen its global presence, aiming to empower architects, designers, and building industry professionals worldwide with transformative immersive experiences.
